This is a Q&A session of personal finance and financial freedom for Freelancers and Solopreneurs. Today I have a question from a follower named FLSAUDA and asking me this:

“Should a financial advisor employ a team or work alone and what are your reasons for doing that?”

Watch this video for my answer and please add your questions and I’ll feature you in the next one.

Here is the full text of the video:

Everybody this is  Shlomo here I have today another question from FLSAUDA

I have only her or his username. So if you’re gonna listen to this please let me know who you are, where you’re from. Anyway, he’s asking me or she’s asking me this.

“Should a financial advisor employ a team or work alone and what are your reasons for doing that?”

So, Sauda I don’t see this and I don’t see this as a difference from any other business I mean if you need a team to help with a team he should do that. If not, if he can do it by himself then why not.

For now, I’m doing a coaching one on one. So I have one more team member and I’m doing most of the work. I’m taking people only in one-on-ones but when I expand and I plan to do soon online workshops then, I would probably to hire more people to do that team and then going with online courses.

So it’ll be massive people coming in and obviously need to take care of all these people and help them and serve them. So this is where the plan is definitely team for me will be expanding so now, it’s a small team but again there is no difference between a financial planner or any other business out there in terms of the size of the team

I hope this answer your question. Add more questions here the comments I’d love to hear those and feature you in the next video.

Cheers!

Thank you!
